To my Nanny and Grandad Ventura, who were there for my Mummy and Daddy all the time from when I grew my angel wings, when I was born sleeping and for all their help and support to my Mummy and Daddy when they needed it the most. My Mummy and Daddy will never forget how they helped and put them first when I went up to heaven xxx

 

To my Great Aunty Maria, Great Uncle Vincenzo, Great Aunty Lena, second cousin Maria, second cousin Tony and all my family for their love and support.The Rev’d David Southall, for all the help and support he gave my Mummy, Daddy, Nanny and Grandad, for baptising me on the day I was born and for leading my funeral service.

 

To Jennie Roehrig, Mummy’s best friend and sister who came to see me after I was born sleeping in hospital, and who helped my Mummy enormously.

 

To Juliet Lyndle, who read a piece that Mummy wrote for me during my funeral so beautifully, and for all the time she took listening to Mummy and Daddy talk about me after I had grown my angel wings, and before. 

 

To Rachel Carter, Matron for Maternity Inpatients at the Worcestershire Royal Hospital for coming to see my mummy when she was in labour with me, for the help and advice for breathing when she was having contractions and for her help with additional training for sonographers when I was diagnosed with a cleft lip and palate.

 

To Samantha Lane, the lovely midwife at the Worcestershire Royal Hospital who helped me come into the world when I was born, and who helped Mummy stay calm while she was giving birth to me.

 

To the midwives and team at the Worcestershire Royal Hospital for helping my Mummy and Daddy, and giving them great care and support.

 

To the team at Birmingham Women’s Hospital who looked after my Mummy and Daddy when I was diagnosed with a cleft lip and palate.

 

To Robin Walker MP, for writing Mummy and Daddy such a lovely letter.

 

To the Right Worshipful The Mayor of Worcester, Cllr Pat Agar, for sending my Mummy and Daddy a lovely message of condolence.

 

To AV Band Funeral Directors, who arranged much of my funeral and for bringing me home to Mummy and Daddy.

 

To Sylvie Ross, who gave my Mummy and Daddy big hugs in town when they were on their way to the funeral directors, and for the lovely flowers and cuddly toy which is right next to me at home, and for all the love and support you have given my Mummy and Daddy.

 

To Mandy Morris, for making special cupcakes to take to the delivery suite team at the Worcestershire Royal Hospital as a thank you for looking after my Mummy, and for the lovely card you sent my Mummy and Daddy.

 

To everyone at CLAPA for their support and help when I was diagnosed with a cleft lip and palate.
